目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
① 高度の脊柱変形に対し矯正手術を行う患者において、術前と術後の上部消化管検査を行い、脊柱変形患者における逆流性食道炎、食道裂孔ヘルニア等の上部消化管障害合併頻度を調査する事
② 消化管障害を呈した患者では、変形矯正治療が症状改善効果を有するかを検討する事。

To clarify what is characteristic of acid reflux to esophagus in kyphotic patients and to investigate whether endoscopic GERD, acid reflux-related symptom and acid reflux improve after spiral correction.

20歳以上で骨折や炎症、腫瘍、先天性の形態異常等により椎体の変形が生じた脊椎変形症の症例
レントゲン立位像にて胸椎後弯角40°以上
