診療行為として、白内障手術は耳側角膜切開で行い切開の大きさは2.4mmとする。前嚢continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis(CCC)ののち、超音波乳化吸引をおこない、人工眼内レンズは嚢内へ挿入する。

その白内障手術前後に前眼部3次元光干渉断層計(OCT; SS-1000, TOMEY)にて濾過胞を記録する。同日、細隙灯顕微鏡検査時に通常の術後診察としてIndiana Bleb Appearance Grading Scale(IBAGS)による濾過胞所見および接触式眼圧計によって計測した眼圧をカルテに記載する。

Cataract surgery is performed with 2.4 mm temporal corneal incision. After completion of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis, phacoemulsification and aspiration is done, and IOL is injected in the bag.

Before and after cataract surgery, bleb morphology is recorded with 3D-OCT(SS-1000, TOMEY). On the same day, bleb appearance is recorded by Indiana Bleb Appearance Grading Scale (IBAGS) and IOP is measured with applanation tonometer.
