目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
インスリン治療中の2型糖尿病患者に対してシタグリプチンを追加投与する。CGMを用いて血糖日内変動の変化を検討する。シタグリプチン追加前後の酸化ストレスの変化を検討する。PAID質問表を用いたアンケート調査を行い、CGMによる治療への意識変化を調査する。

To investigate the effects of sitagliptin on daily glucose fluctuation in Japanese type 2 diabetes outpatients inadequately controlled with insulin therapy by using CGM. And we investigate the effects of sitagliptin on oxidative stress.And also, we investigate the effects of CGM on their feeling of distress by using PAID scale.

試験開始前、1週間後、3ヵ月後のHbA1c、空腹時血糖、1,5-AG、hs-CRP、低血糖頻度。PAID質問表を用いたアンケート調査

1)HbA1cが6.5%以上かつ8.4%未満の外来2型糖尿病患者
2)インスリン治療を6ヶ月以上施行している患者

1)HbA1c value is between 6.5% and 8.4%.
2)Type 2 diabetic outpatients medicated with insulin therapy for more than 6 months.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)1型糖尿病患者
2)重度の腎機能障害を有する患者
3)研究開始時点でDPP-4阻害薬およびGLP-1受容体作動薬を使用中の患者
4)妊娠中、授乳中、妊娠している可能性のある患者
5)その他、試験担当医師が不適切と判断した患者

1)Type 1 diabetic patients.
2)Patients with severe renal failure.
3)Patients medicated with DPP-4 inhibitor or GLP-1 receptor agonist before start of this study.
4)Patients who are pregnant or in lactation period.
5)Juged as ineligible by clinical investigators.
