日本語
亜鉛イオンを含む水溶液による長期的洗口が口腔内の細菌構成にもたらす影響を明らかにする。また、洗口中止後の細菌叢の変化を調べ、効果の持続性およびヒト口腔細菌叢の安定性について検討する。

Change of microbial composition by washing mouth with the solution containing zinc ion is evaluated. Next, change of microbial composition is analyzed after stopping mouth rinsing in the solution containing zinc ion. Moreover, the stability of human oral microbiota is evaluated.
