1. 睡眠障害国際分類第2版の慢性不眠症の診断基準を満たす
2．ISI得点が8点以上

1. Meeting the criteria of chronic insomnia according to the second edition of the International Classification of sleep disorders
2. a score of 8 or greater for insomnia as measured by the ISI.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1．身体疾患，精神疾患に伴う不眠症，および薬剤性不眠症
2．他の睡眠障害が存在する

1. insomnia due to medical or psychiatric disorders or pharmaceutical causes and 2. the existence of other sleep disorders
