選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.年齢20歳以上
2.本研究の参加に関して文書で同意が得られる被験者
3.改訂FSSGの1～12項目の合計が8点以上
4.夜間に逆流症状があり、各睡眠障害問診票で睡眠障害を認める
5.ロサンゼルス分類Grade A以上の逆流性食道炎患者

英語
1. equall or older than 20-year-old
2. ability of writing concent
3. equall or more than 8 points in the FSSG questionnaire
4. presence of nocturnal reflux symptoms and presence of sleep disorders comfirmed by some questionnaires
5. having reflux esophagitis

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.上部消化管手術を受けた既往がある者
2.鼻腔及び咽・喉頭の手術を受けた既往があり、センサー挿入が困難である患者
3.消化管運動に影響を与える可能性のある薬剤を内服中で中止できない患者
4.神経・筋疾患を有する患者
5.消化管機能異常を指摘されている患者
6.睡眠に影響する薬を内服しており、その薬剤を中止できない患者
7.使用する薬剤が禁忌と判断される患者
8.妊娠している者、または授乳中の者
9.その他、医師の判断により対象として不適当と判断された者

1. past history of surgery on upper GI tract
2. past history of surgery on nasal cavities
3. taking medications which may affect motility of upper GI tract
4. having neuromuscular diseases
5. haing GI motility disorders
6. cannot stop taking sleep medications
7. having diseases in which interventions cannot be apllied
8. pregnant or nurcing status
9. subjects who are not appropriate for this study
