血清ヘモグロビン値10g/dl以上
術者を特定の一名に限定する

receive total knee arthroplasty with general anesthesia
serum hemoglobin 10g/dl or more
operation performed by the specific operator

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

CKD3以上の腎機能障害
認知機能の障害
使用薬剤へのアレルギー
糖尿病
BMI35以上の患者
関節リウマチの患者
