・ 症例は、炎症性腸疾患患者で妊娠推定日6ヶ月前～妊娠期間中に生物学的製剤や免疫調整剤のいずれも使用されたことがない患者・ 対照は、院内コントロールとし、各症例に対し、年齢マッチングとして（５歳階級：＊0 ～＊4歳, ＊5 ～＊9歳）が対応する患者
