選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.主診断としてDSM-Ⅳ-TRにおける原発性不眠症の診断基準を満たす
2.The Insomnia Severity Index（ISI）の得点が８点以上
3.睡眠薬を服用していても、エントリー時の直近の１週間に３日以上、31分以上の入眠潜時あるいは31分以上の中途覚醒

1.To meet the diagnostic criteria for primary insomnia in DSM-4-TR as a primary diagnostic
2.Score of the Insomnia Severity Index is 8 points or more
3.To suffer from either the sleep latency or wake time after sleep onset is 31 minutes or more, even taking sleeping pills, in at least three days a week just before the entry.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.他の精神疾患（例：大うつ病性障害、統合失調症）の経過中にのみ起こる不眠症状である
2.物質（例：乱用薬物、投薬）または一般身体疾患の直接的な生理学的作用による不眠症状である
3.睡眠時無呼吸症候群、レストレスレッグス症候群、概日リズム睡眠障害等のその他睡眠障害の経過中にのみ起こる不眠症状である

1. Insomnia that occurs only in the course of other psychiatric disorders (major depressive disorder, schizophrenia cases)
2. Insomnia due to the direct physiological effects of a general medical condition or substance (drug of abuse, medication example)
3. Insomnia that occurs only during the course of other sleep disorders sleep apnea syndrome, restless legs syndrome, circadian rhythm sleep disorders, etc.
