玄米と表面研削加工玄米の1日あたりの摂取量や摂取回数、継続期間等を比較検討する。さらに、表面研削加工玄米の連続的な摂取に関連する因子の探索的検討を行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.年齢40歳以上65歳未満
2.本研究の内容の説明を受け、本人より文書での本研究への参加の同意を取得できた者

1. Aged 40 - 64 years.
2. Capable of giving informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.空腹時血糖値が126 mg/dL以上の者
2.HbA1cが6.5%以上の者
3.慢性疾患の治療のために薬を服用している者
4.喫煙習慣のある者
5.担当医師が本研究への参加に適切でないと判断した者

1. Fasting glucose not less than 126 mg/dL.
2. HbA1c not less than 6.5%.
3. Subjects who are receiving pharmacotherapy for chronic disease.
4. Current smokers.
5. Subjects who were recognized unsuitable for this study by the Investigator.
