閉塞は、国際前立腺症状スコア、過活動膀胱スコア、尿流測定、前立腺重量、ウロダイナミックスタディを用いて評価する。

Obstruction is evaluated using international prostatic symptom score, overactive bladder symptom score, uroflowmetry, prostatic volume, and urodynamic study.

1) 前立腺肥大症で、手術予定がある患者
2) 前立腺癌で、手術予定がある患者

1) Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia just before surgery
2) Patients with prostate cancer just before surgery

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 直腸肛門の手術の既往がある。
2) 尿道、前立腺の手術の既往
3) 直腸肛門に狭窄がある。
4) 骨盤への放射線治療の既往
5) 重度の神経性排尿障害（パーキンソン病、糖尿病など）

1) Past history of anorectal surgery
2) Past history of urethral or prostatic surgery
3) Stricture of anorectum
4) Past history of radiation therapy for pelvic organs
5) History of severe neurogenic disorder of lower urinary tract including Parkinson disease, diabetes mellitus, etc.
