②半年以内に腎代替療法導入が見込まれる患者
③活動性の感染症を有する患者

保存期CKD患者の血管石灰化を評価し、石灰化の程度を層別化し腎予後に与える影響を、2年間の観察期間を持って前向きに検討する。同時に腎予後に与える影響を酸化ストレスマーカー等を用い解析する。

This is a prospective study to evaluate that the vascular calcification and renal prognosis for two-year observation. Moreover we will analyze which urine and serum markers would influence the renal prognosis.
