1. 認知症の診断
2. 脳卒中の既往
3. 運動制限を要する疾患(循環器疾患、呼吸器疾患、神経疾患、眼科疾患、整形外科疾患)を有すること
4. 要介護状態

1. Diagnosed as dementia
2. History of cerebrovascular disease
3. Having serious disease which requires exercise limitation (i.e., cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, ophthalmic, orthopedic disease )
4. Needing long-term care
