各間質細胞分画における癌形成促進因子（血管新生因子・リンパ管形成因子・炎症関連メディエーター）を突き止め、口腔癌や他の消化器癌の間質細胞に焦点を当てた治療戦略への足がかりをつかむ.

Lead to therapeutic strategies to locate cancer formation promoting factor in each stromal cell fraction (angiogenic factor, lymphangiogenesis factor, inflammation-related mediators), focused on the stromal cells in the digestive cancer and other oral cancer.

1.前癌病変、上皮内癌、浸潤癌の各病態における間葉系細胞を、細胞表面抗原を指標にフローサイトメーターにより分離し、その性状を解析する.
2.各病態、各間葉系細胞分画における癌形成促進因子を検証する.

慶應義塾大学医学部倫理委員会承認後5年間に慶應義塾大学医学部附属病院歯科・口腔外科を受診し、臨床的に口腔前癌病変（白板症、紅板症、扁平苔癬）、口腔癌と診断され、生検または手術を受けた成人患者.

Visited the School of Medicine, Keio University Hospital, Dental and Oral Surgery in five years, Keio University School of Medicine Ethics Committee approval after diagnosis (leukoplakia, erythroplakia, lichen planus), and oral cancer oral precancerous lesions clinically is, adult patients who have undergone surgery or biopsy.
