ワルファリンまたはXa阻害薬内服患者46例に対し、ヘパリン置換術を行わずに内視鏡的大腸粘膜切除術を施行。1例のみ術後出血を認めたが、重篤な状態ではなかった。

46 patients taking warfarin or Xa inhibitor were undergone colonic endoscopic mucosal resection without heparine bridge therapy. Only one patient developed post-procedural bleeding. However, it was not serious state for the patient.
