重症妊娠高血圧症
出血性疾患、凝固機能異常
神経筋疾患
解剖学的異常を伴う脊椎疾患
既に麻酔処置が施されている症例
体重90㎏以上
身長150㎝未満、171㎝以上
胎児奇形
精神遅滞
協力を得られない患者
局所麻酔薬アレルギー
