選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 血圧が140/90未満にコントロールされており、健康的に日常生活をすごしている患者。
2. 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 糖尿病(HbA1C>6.5, BS>110) の患者。
2. BP製剤を内服、注射した経験のある患者。
3. 骨代謝性疾患を有する患者。
4. 妊婦または妊娠の可能性のある患者。
5. 心不全および不整脈・肝障害(AST>100, ALT>100) ・腎障害(Cr>1.5)の患者
6. アレルギー症状の体質を揺する患者。
7. 当予約による皮内反応陽性例。
8. その他、試験担当医師が不適当と判断した患者。

1. Patients (HbA1C>6.5, BS>110) of diabetes.
2. Patients with experience of injection or oral formulation of BP.
3. Patients with metabolic bone diseases.
4. Patients of childbearing potential or pregnant women.
5. Patients with renal failure (Cr> 1.5) and hepatic failure(AST> 100, ALT> 100) arrhythmias and heart failure.
6. Patients with constitution of allergic symptoms.
7. The intradermal reaction positive example by those reservations.
8. Patients whome doctor determines inappropriate to test.
