１）2013/14シーズンのインフルエンザ流行期に、本研究に参加する大阪府内の小児科診療所（4施設）をインフルエンザ様疾患で受診
２）受診時の年齢が6歳未満
３）発症から受診まで7日以内
４）2013年9月1日の時点で、月齢6ヵ月以上

1) Children with influenza-like illness (ILI) who visited one of four collaborating pediatric clinics in Osaka prefecture, Japan, during the 2013/14 influenza season
2) Aged less than 6 years at the time of visit
3) Within 7 days of onset of ILI
4) Aged 6 months or more, as of September 1st, 2013

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・2013/14シーズンに、検査確定インフルエンザの診断既往を有する者（型にかかわらず）
・インフルエンザワクチンの接種後、アナフィラキシーを呈した既往を有する者
・今回のILIに対して、すでに抗インフルエンザ薬を投与されている者
・今回のILIが入院中に出現した者
・施設に入所中の者
・大阪府外に居住する者

英語
Subjects are excluded if they:
- are previously diagnosed as any types of laboratory-confirmed influenza in the 2013/14 season
- have a history of anaphylaxis after influenza vaccination
- had influenza antivirals administered for the current ILI
- experienced the current ILI during the hospitalization
- are institutionalized
- are non-residents in the Osaka prefecture, Japan
