妊娠体重増加量 (評価5時点:ベースライン妊娠20週、評価1　妊娠 28週、評価2　妊娠36週、評価3　分娩3日目、評価4　産後1か月、評価5　産後18か月)

◆ベースライン（妊娠20週）と、評価１回目（妊娠28週）、評価2回目（妊娠36週）での比較
1.対照群とヨガ群での1日4回、2日間採取した唾液中コルチゾール値の比較

2.対照群＋栄養群とヨガ群＋栄養ヨガ群、またこれら４群の各ペア間における心理尺度の得点の比較；
1)抑うつ・不安尺度（Hospital anxiety and depression scale、エジンバラ産後うつ尺度）の得点
2)疲労尺度の得点（自覚症しらべ）
3)妊娠への自己評価尺度（pregnancy self-evaluation questionnaire）
4)自尊感情の得点
5)精神的健康度（Genaral Health Questionnaire)
6)健康関連QOL（SF8）
7)マイナートラブル
8)出産満足度（分娩後3日以内）
9）産後の健康に関する費用対効果（産後18か月）

3.対照群＋ヨガ群と栄養指導群＋栄養・ヨガ群、またこれら４群の各ペアごとの栄養アウトカムの比較
1）各栄養素摂取量
2）血清・血漿中の微量栄養素

◆対照群・ヨガ群における14時と15時に採取した唾液中コルチゾール値の比較
1.対照群：自宅で採取
2.ヨガ群：ヨガクラス前後で採取


◆ヨガ群・ヨガ栄養群におけるヨガ参加前後の下肢状態の比較；
１.下肢周囲径
２.超音波を用いた下肢血流
３.サーモグラフィを用いた下肢表面温度、自覚症状）

Comparison between baseline (20 gestational weeks) and endpoints (endpoint 1: 28 gestational weeks, endpoint 2: 36 gestational weeks);
1. Salivary cortisol concentrations measured by using saliva collected 4 times a day for two days among yoga exercise group and control group

2. Scores of psychological scales between control and nutrition group vs yoga group and yoga & nutrition group, additionally comparison between these four groups.
1) Scores measured by Hospital anxiety and depression scale and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale
2) Fatigue scores measured by jikakusho shirabe
3) Scores measured by pregnancy self-evaluation questionnaire
4) Self-esteem scores
5) General Health Questionnaire
6) Health related QOL(SF8)
7) Scores of minor disturbance symptoms
8)Birth satisfaction (within 3days after childbirth)
9) Cost-effectiveness for maternal and family health from childbirth to 18 months after childbirth.

3. Comparison nutrient outcomes between control and yoga group vs nutrition group and yoga & nutrition group, additionally comparison between these four groups
1. Nutrient intakes
2. Serum and plasma micro nutrients

Comparison of salivary cortisol collected at 14:00 and 15:00
1. Control group: collection at their home
2. Yoga exercise group: collection before and after yoga class

Comparisons of lower leg condition before and after exercise program participation among yoga and yoga & nutrition group;
1. Circumference length of legs
2. Blood flow and vessel diameter measured by ultrasonic echo
3. Surface temperature measured by thermography
4. Subjective symptoms
