手根管症候群の診断を受け，保存療法を行っても改善がなく手術が必要と判断された全ての患者

all patients that are diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and need a surgery.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
手関節部に手術の既往,外傷後手根管症候群,膠原病,3カ月以内の治療を要す精神疾患を持つ患者,妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある婦人,本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者,文書による同意の取得が不可能な患者

previous surgery in the affected hand, trauma to the affected hand, inflammatory joint disease, mental disease, pregnancy, hypersensitivity to the tranilast
