2012年1月以降、各施設の倫理審査委員会承認日までの間に、膵あるいは消化器を原発部位とする治癒切除不能または治癒切除後再発と診断された、神経内分泌腫瘍患者（NET：Neuroendocrine Tumor）の生命予後の調査を通して、現在の日本における実態を明らかにする。

To investigate survival outcome and clinical practice in patient with unresectable gastroenteral and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NET) or reccurent one after curative resection diagnosed from Jan 2012 to institutional IRB/IEC approval and to clarify of NET in Japan.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）病理組織学的に、NET G1/G2、NECまたはMANECと診断されている
2）2012年1月以降、各施設の倫理審査委員会承認日までの間に、治癒切除不能または治癒切除後の再発と診断

3）原発部位が膵あるいは消化器のいずれかである
4）同意取得時年齢が80歳以下である
5）本研究の参加について、本人（ただし、20歳以下の場合は代諾者（当該患者の親権者、法定代理人等、患者の意思及び利益を代弁できると考えられる者））の同意が得られている

1) pathologicaly proven neuroendocrine tumors (NET) as G1/G2, NEC or MANEC
2) unresectable NET or reccurent one after curative resection diagnosed from Jan 2012 to institutional IRB/IEC approval
3) gastroenteral or pancreatic NET

4) age < 80

5) written informed consent provided from subject (if patients are less than 20 years old, written informed consent provided from their legal representatives is also required)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）治癒切除不能または治癒切除後再発と診断される前1年以内に、NETに対する治療を受けた患者
（ただし、治癒切除手術、術前治療および術後アジュバント治療は除く）


2）重複癌（同時性）を有する患者

3）治癒切除後の再発例で、根治切除可能な患者
4）他の医療機関にて当該研究に既に登録されている
5）その他の理由により、担当医師が本研究への参加を不適当と判断する

1) previously treatment of NET excent for curative resection, neoadjuvant therapy or adjuvant therapy within 1 year before the diagnosis of unresectable NET or reccurent one after curative resection
2) concurrent multiple malignancies
3) resectable reccurent NET after curative resection
4) previously enrolled subject

5) Patients regarded as ineligible for other reason by the investigator.
