実刺激群：脳梗塞の非病巣側の運動野皮質に1Hzの頻度で20分間、反復経頭蓋磁気刺激を5日間行う

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 2012年1月から2013年12月の間に脳梗塞のため島根大学医学部附属病院に入院した患者
2. 一側大脳半球に一カ所の脳梗塞病変がMRIで確認された患者
3. 一側の上肢に軽度から中等度の運動麻痺を有する患者
4. 脳梗塞発症後30日以内の患者

1. Patients who admitted Shimane University Hospital due to cerebral infarction from January 2012 to December 2013
2. Patients who had a stroke lesion within one hemisphere as verified by magnetic resonance imaging
3. Patients who showed mild to moderate motor deficit in one hand
4. Patients who had cerebral infarction within 30 days

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 認知症を有する
2. 脳卒中以外の精神神経症状を有する
3. 不安定な内科疾患を有する
4. 磁気刺激が禁忌である

1. Patients who had dementia
2. Patients who had neuropsychiatric comorbidity other than stroke
3. Patients who had unstable medical disorders
4. Patients who had contraindication to magnetic stimulation
