疾患別に録音した肺音から新しい肺音分離法により得られた各疾患に特徴的な肺音解析因子(周波数、肺音成分)の疾患識別能力(感度、特異度)を検討する。

①同意取得時において、年齢が２０歳以上の患者
②本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

2. The patient with written informed consent after the understanding all the study explanation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 同意の能力を欠く者
② 未成年者　
③ 理解能力不十分　
④ 長崎大学医学部学生、長崎大学病院研修医、製薬企業従業員
⑤ その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

2. A person under 20 years old.
3. Insufficient understanding.
4. Medical student of Nagasaki University, A medical intern of Nagasaki University Hospital, Employee of the drug industry.
5.The patients who the principal investigator judged as inappropriate.
