COPD患者の身体活動性を3軸加速度計で評価し、同時に身体所見、生理学的因子、併存症の指標などの中から身体活動性に影響を及ぼす因子を抽出する。さらに、気管支拡張薬、呼吸リハビリ、行動変容の指導、フライングディスク競技などの介入を行い、身体活動性の改善をもたらしうる介入方法を抽出する。

The physical activity evaluated by triaxial accelerometer is compared with demographic factors, physiological factors, and the factors related to co-morbidities. Then the effects of medical interventions, including bronchodilators, pulmonary rehabilitation, behavior modification, and/or flying disc game, on physical activity in patients with COPD are investigated.
