選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 臨床的に大腸癌が強く疑われる、または組織学的に大腸原発の腺癌と診断されている*
*大腸原発の神経内分泌腫瘍/癌および虫垂癌、肛門管癌は、GI-screen 2015-01-nonCRCへ登録する。
2) 薬物療法を行っている、過去に行った、もしくは計画されている切除不能進行・再発大腸癌である。重複癌を有する場合、薬物療法を行っている（計画されている）疾患として登録する。
3) KRAS exon2遺伝子検査またはRAS遺伝子検査を行った、もしくはRAS遺伝子検査を行う予定である。
4) 本研究で得られた遺伝子異常の結果に基づき、遺伝子情報に基づく治療を受けることができる全身状態を有する症例。以下の規準を参考とする。
①Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status（PS）が0-1。
②主要臓器機能について、以下の規準を満たしている（直近の検査にて判断する）。
好中球数 ：≧1500/mm3
ヘモグロビン ：≧8.0 g/dL
血小板数 ：≧7.5×104/mm3
AST，ALT ：≦正常上限値x2.5（肝転移を有する症例では各々≦x5）
総ビリルビン ：≦正常上限値x1.5
（ただし閉塞性黄疸合併例は、3.0mg/dl以下または正常上限の３倍以下まで可）
クレアチニン ：≦1.5 mg/dL (もしくは正常上限1.5倍以下
③重篤な併存疾患を有しない（例：コントロール不良な糖尿病や感染症、症状を有する間質性肺炎や肺線維症等）。
④登録日から3か月以上の生存が期待される。
⑤遺伝子異常の結果に応じた研究的な治療を受ける意思がある。
5) 遺伝子解析が可能な検体が過去に採取され、保存されている、または、28日以内に組織診断またはRAS遺伝子検査のために採取予定である。ただし、採取予定の患者においては、遺伝子解析が実施可能な十分量のがん組織**が採取出来ない場合は速やかに中止連絡を行うこと (4.3.4参照)。
**大腸癌（腺癌）を含むホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋ブロック(FFPE)から作製した、ヘマトキシリン・エオジン（HE）染色用の未染色切片2～4μm1枚と、未染色切片7μm9枚のFFPE標本計10枚を原則とする。
6) 本研究に関して、患者本人から文書で同意を得ている。
