1) 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の患者
2) 性別不問
3) 耐糖能異常が疑われる者
4) 画像診断等で肝細胞癌が認められない患者
5) 本研究の参加に同意が得られた患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 肝硬変患者でBCAA製剤服用中の患者
2)　C型慢性肝炎・肝硬変でインターフェロン治療中の患者
3) 糖尿病に対する投薬治療を受けている患者
4) BCAAや亜鉛を含む健康補助食品を摂取中の患者
5) 分岐鎖アミノ酸や亜鉛製剤に対し、過敏症の既往歴のある患者
6) 妊婦または妊娠している可能性のある婦人および授乳中の婦人

1) Cirrotic patients with BCAA formulation while taking
2) Patients during interferon therapy in chronic hepatitis C, cirrhosis
3) Patients receiving medication for diabetes
4) Patients in the intake of dietary supplements containing the BCAA and zinc
5) Patients for branched-chain amino acids and zinc formulation, with a history of hypersensitivity
6) Pregnant woman and women who may possibly be pregnant, women in nursing
