Voice Handicap Index (VHI)の合計点が20以上

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

嚥下障害、喉頭麻痺や声帯に器質病変を有している場合
同意取得前6カ月以内にA型ボツリヌス毒素の内喉頭筋への注入療法歴があるとき
治療を要する精神疾患または知的機能障害を有する場合
アルコール依存や薬物乱用の経歴を持つ場合

主な結果/Results

日本語
SD群は健常者群に比べ，左感覚運動野と視床が有意に賦活しており，SDの病態に深く関連することが示唆された．さらにSD群において左感覚運動野の活動値が重症度（Voice handicap index-10）と正の相関を示しており，将来的に診断や治療効果予測のバイオマーカーとして応用できる可能性が示唆された．

We found overactivation in the left sensorimotor cortex and the left thalamus in SD patients, suggesting that voice perception activates different neural systems between SD patients and healthy participants. For SD patients, moreover, the magnitude of sensorimotor activation showed a significant positive correlation with symptom severity measured by voice handicap index-10, suggesting that signals from the sensorimotor cortex can be a new biomarker for assessing disease severity.
