目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
新規ドレーン抜去基準を導入し、適切な早期抜去により膵液漏を減少させること。また、本来早期抜去するべきではない症例を適切に見極めることにより再穿刺、再開腹を減少させる安全なドレーン管理を目指す。

To apply the new criteria for drain removal after pancreaticoduodenectomy in order to decrease the rate of pancreatic fistula and to decrease the rate of interventional drainage or relaparotomy.

膵液漏 (ISGPF grade B,C) の発生率

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

BMI、並存疾患、術前ステロイド投与の有無、手術時間、 術中出血量、術者の経験年数、膵硬度、膵液漏（ISGPF grade A)の発生率、
術後出血の有無、腹腔内膿瘍の有無、再穿刺率、再開腹率、DGE、術後膵炎、術後胆管炎、創感染、術後合併症率、ドレーン留置期間、術後在院日数、重篤な有害事象発生率（合併症）、在院死亡率、再入院率
