日本語
全身麻酔を行う際に、気道確保法としてエアウェイスコープを用いた気管挿管は有効である。気管挿管時に筋弛緩薬を投与するかどうかは個々の麻酔科医の判断によることが多く、筋弛緩薬投与により声門上器具留置効率が改善するかどうかの結論は現在のところ出ていない。今回、筋弛緩剤投与の有無による挿管効率を評価する。データ収集後、気道確保成功率や気道確保時間に関して統計学的処理を行い結果解析する。
