0.2 - 0.5 - 1 - 2 - 5 g又はmL 30分間隔で行われるゆで卵白、牛乳、ゆでうどんを用いた経口負荷試験陰性者の割合

1年後の食物経口負荷試験における閾値量と誘発症状重症度の変化
血液検査結果(IgE抗体価等)の推移
誤食を含めた誘発症状での薬物使用回数、病院受診回数

食物経口負荷試験で診断された卵、牛乳、小麦に対する重症食物アレルギー児

patient with severe food allergy for egg, milk, wheat diagnosed by oral food challenge

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
他の免疫療法を試行中である児
他の重篤な基礎疾患を有する児
アトピー性皮膚炎や気管支喘息のコントロール不良例
保護者がアドレナリン自己注射薬（エピペン）の所持及び管理ができない児
１年以内に、1g(ml)相当以下の抗原摂取でアナフィラキシーの既往がある児
その他，医師が不適当と判断した例

patients during oral immunotherapy for other food antigen
patients with severe comorbidity
patients with uncontrollable asthma or atopic dermatitis
patients whose parents can not manage adrenalin autoinjector
patients who have developed anaphylaxis by tiny antigen (less than 1mL of milk or 1g of boiled egg, udon noodle) within one year before the oral food challenge.
patients whom the doctor asses ineligible
