2．説明を理解し、同意を得た患者

主な結果/Results

日本語
解析対象は一次性頭痛患者54名(男性10名、女性44名、平均年齢48.6±15.0歳)。頭痛強度は平均7.4から4.9へ鍼治療介入後有意な改善がえられた。
また日常生活支障度においても鍼治療介入後有意な改善が見られた。有害事象は見られなかった。

54 patients (10 men, 44 women) with a mean age of 48.6 years were included and analyzed.
The headache intensity significantly declined after the EA-C2-PNfS with a reduction in the NRS pain scale as follows; 7.4 at baseline, 4.9 at three months (p<0.001). The HIT-6 also improved significantly from 64.1 to 57.8 (p < 0.001).
No adverse events were noted, including pain, skin problem, and infection.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

一次性頭痛患者54名。内訳は以下の通り。前兆のない片頭痛27名、緊張型頭痛14名、前兆のある片頭痛6名、群発頭痛1名、その他混合型が6名だった。

The 54 patients with primary headaches were included. A board-accredited headache specialist (Y.S.) diagnosed their headaches based on the ICHD-3b; 27 patients were diagnosed as migraine without aura (MWoA), 14 patients as TTH, 6 as migraine with aura (MWA), and 1 as CH. The 6 patients were some comorbid cases.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

全例インフォームドコンセントを取得したのち、週に一回3ヶ月間の鍼治療を開始した。鍼治療は側臥位にて長さ50mm直径0.18mmの鍼を後頭部C2領域に15~20mm程度刺入し、低周波鍼通電療法を行った。

All patients received an explanation of the study and gave their informed written consent.
EA-C2-PNfS was performed in the lateral or prone position. The acupuncture needles (50mm length, 0.18mm diameter) were subcutaneously inserted 15 to 20 mm into the bilateral occipital scalp, and biphasic electrical pulse waves were applied for 15 minutes using an electrical stimulator.
