主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

頸部深層屈筋群の運動制御はCranio-cervical flexion testによって評価する。頸部関節位置覚は頸部位置再現性テストによって評価する。これらは治療開始時と1ケ月の時点で行う。

Motor control of the deep cervical flexors will be assessed using the Cranio-cervical flexion test. Cervical joint position sense will be assessed using the cervical joint re-positioning test. These assessments will be done at the initial intervention and 1 month after the initial intervention.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
自覚的症状改善度は7段階スケールを用いる。痛みの程度はP4、障害の度合いはNeck Disability IndexとPatient-specific functional scaleを用いる。日常生活への影響は、EQ-5D-5Lを用いて評価する。これらは治療開始時と1ケ月の時点で行う。

Self-reporting improvement will be assessed using a 7-point scale. Pain intensity will be assessed using the P4. The magnitude of disability will be assessed using the Neck Disability Index and Patient-specific functional scale. Impacts on activity of daily living will be assessed using the EQ-5D-5L. These assessments will be done at the initial intervention and 1 month after the initial intervention.

日本語
患者はMDTでルーチン化されている評価・治療を受ける。この評価には、上述の主要アウトカム評価項目に加え、徒手筋力検査、神経学的検査、そして反復運動検査が含まれる。治療は週2回以内とする。介入期間は規定しないが、本研究では治療開始後1か月時点でのデータを利用する。

Each patient will be treated with routine MDT's assessments and treatments. The MDT assessments includes main outcome measures described above as well as manual muscle testing, neurological examinations and repeated movement testing. Intervention will be undertaken at most twice a week. An intervention period will not be specified. Data at 1 month after the initial assessment will be used in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

外傷性頸部痛
外傷・感染・重度な骨粗鬆症のような徒手療法の禁忌を持つ者
頸部の手術既往
何らかの理由で正確なコミュニケーションが出来ない患者

Those with traumatic neck pain
Those with contraindications
to manual therapy techniques such as trauma, infection or severe osteoporosis
Those with a history of neck surgery
Those who cannot communicate well for some reasons
