日本語
超高分解能光干渉断層装置を用いて、健常眼と網膜疾患患者の眼底断層画像を撮影し、断層画像から得られた画像特徴と視機能との関係、および毛細血管瘤の視認性を評価し、従来の光干渉断層装置では明確に識別できなかった形態の観察や臨床への応用方法を検討する。

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

従来OCT（Zeiss社；シラス HD-OCT 6.0又はHeidelberg社；HRA2)との比較によるUHR-OCTの画質評価、および網膜毛細血管瘤の視認性評価。具体的には大きさ、血管壁厚、形状、内部輝度を検討する。

1. 散瞳剤に対して過敏症の既往歴のある方、閉塞隅角緑内障や狭隅角などの眼圧上昇の素因のある方、散瞳剤により血圧上昇や動悸などの既往歴のある方。
2. 細隙灯顕微鏡検査で浅前房を認めた方。
3. 細隙灯顕微鏡検査で白内障によって撮影が困難と判断した方。
4. その他研究分担者（臨床研究医師）が被験者として不適当と判断した方。
