目的1/Narrative objectives1

がん告知時に、妊娠希望に関する夫婦心理教育プログラム（Oncofertility! Psycho-Education And Couple Enrichment therapy：O!PEACE（がん生殖のための心理教育とカップル充実セラピー））による介入を伴う臨床研究を実施し、O!PEACEセラピーによる以下の3軸に対する改善効果について検討する。
1)夫婦それぞれの精神的健康
2)夫婦それぞれの精神的回復力のある思考や行動への変容
3)夫婦間のコミュニケーション

To examine the effect of the improvement of mental health by the couple psycho-education program, O!PEACE (Oncofertility! Psycho-Education And Couple Enrichment therapy) after diagnostic disclosure for cancer patients, based on three criteria: 1) the psychological health status of each partner, 2) the psychological resilience of each partner according to their mental and behavioral adaptability, 3) communication between the spouses.

1）聖マリアンナ医科大学病院、東京慈恵会医科大学附属病院、亀田総合病院、埼玉医科大学 総合医療センター、岐阜大学医学部附属病院、埼玉県立がんセンター、聖路加国際病院、がん研有明病院の乳腺科を受診している
2）39歳以下である
3）遠隔転移のない初発の乳がんである
4）配偶者がいる

英語
1) Must be the patients of Division of Breast Surgery, Department of Surgery, St. Marianna University School of Medicine Hospital, The Jikei University hospital, Kameda Medical Center, Saitama Medical Center, Saitama Medical University, Gifu University Hospital, Saitama Cancer Center, St Luke's International Hospital and Cancer Institute Hospital.
2) Under 39 years of age
3) Newly diagnosed non-metastatic breast cancer
4) Must be legally married

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）文書同意が得られない
2）自記式調査（アンケート）を実施することが困難である（身体的不調が著しい、統合失調症などの重症精神障害、中程度以上の書字・読字障害や精神発達遅滞がある）

1) Failed to sign the informed consent agreement
2) Unable to fill in written questionnaires on their own (having severe physical incapacity, or psychiatric illnesses such as schizophrenia, or low literacy, or mental retardation)
