治療反応性とCMI　HASスコアの連関を評価する
Cornell Medical IndexやHospital anxiety and depression scaleと治療反応性との関連を検討する。その後、後方視的に統計解析を用いて治療抵抗性となりうる因子について検討する。治療反応性や抵抗性の指標としては、3か月以内の痛みの程度の改善の有無や日常生活動作の改善などを指標とする。受診回数との関連も検討する。
④分析・評価方法：心理テストの結果、罹病期間、投薬コンプライアンス、痛みの程度等様々な因子を多変量解析等の解析方法を用いて検討する。データ収集後、統計学的処理を行い結果解析する予定である。
研究期間（計画全体の研究期間）：平成27年9月16日から平成30年3月31日まで
申請期間：倫理委員会承認後（平成27年9月16日）から平成30年3月31日まで
