４回のカウンセリングのセッションの際に、ハイパーソニックを含む音響（森の中で録音された虫や鳥の声や風の音を含む自然音）を聞かせることが字介入になる。

Intervention condition is exposure to sounds with hypeersonic during 4 sessons of counseling.The sounds is natural sounds including singing ofinsects and birds,and voices of wind and etc. recorded in forest.

ハイパーソニックを含まない音響（自然音からハイパーソニック成分を除いたもの）を聞かせるのが非介入の条件になる。

１．ストレスによる心身症状を伴う精神障害のある人
２．社会復帰施設や福祉施設や医療機関で治療を受けている人
３．カウンセリングを受けているまたはそれを希望する人
４．研究協力について承諾した人

2.The person who has a medical treatment at medical agencies and rehabilitation facilities
3.The person who is receiving counseling or hopes for that
4.The person who consented about research collaboration

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１．精神障害のために安定してカウンセリングに通えない人
２．精神障害のために自傷他害などの問題が生じる可能性が高い人
３．精神的問題や知的問題のために研究の目的や手続きが理解できない人

1.The person who can't use counseling continually for mental disorder.
2.The person who tend to do problematic beaviors such as self-injury or violence.
3.The person who can't understand a objects and procedures of this study because of mental and/oritellectul problems.
