エルゴメータによる運動負荷を3回実施する
１回目：負荷量を決めるための予備検査
２回目：心拍数が150前後になる負荷を5-10分実施
３回目：心拍数が100前後になる負荷を5-10分実施
それぞれの負荷検査は１週間以上の間隔を置いて実施する（2015/9/28-2017/3/31)

英語
Exercise by ergometer will be performed three times.
1st exercise: to study relation between loading strength and heart rate.
2nd exercise: to carry out strong load for 5 to 10 min, target heart rate 150 bpm
3rd exercise: to carry out weak load for 5 to 10 min, target heart rate 100 bpm
Interval between exercises is more than a week.
From September 28, 2015 to March 31, 2017
