日本語
213名のエントリーがあり、195名（男児96名）のデータを採用した。年齢の中央値は日齢6 日（四分位範囲 5から31 日）、出生週数の中央値は39.4週 （四分位範囲38.3から40.1 週）であった。唾液が200 uL以上採取でき、適切な量で検討を行えたものが117名 で、41名が100から200uL, 19名が50から100uL、18名が50uL未満と40%の児で最適な検体量が確保できなかった。 採取した唾液の風疹Real-time RT-PCRについては全て陰性であった。

Of 213 enrolled infants, data were obtained from 195 (96 males). Their median age was 6 days (interquartile range [IQR]: 5 to 31 days) and their median gestation week (n=181) was 39.4 (IQR 38.3 to 40.1).
Sufficient volume (>200 uL) was obtained from 117 samples, and 78 samples had small volumes (100 to 200 uL, n = 41; 50 to 100 uL, n = 19; <50 uL, n = 18). All PCR tests were negative.

母体の年齢中央値は34歳（四分位範囲30-37歳、n=194）であり、妊娠中の風疹抗体価（HI法）の記載があった者は90名で8倍未満が2名、8-16倍が27名と計29名（32.2%）が妊娠後にワクチン接種を推奨される対象であった。
61名に風疹既往があり、2名が妊娠中の罹患であった。

Median age of mother was 34 years (IQR 30-37 years, n = 194). Of them, 90 mothers describe antibody titers of rubella (Hemagglutination Inhibition Test) during this pregnancy. Twenty nine mothers should receive rubella vaccine after delivery (2 had less than 1:8, 27 had 1:8 to 16).
Sixty nine mothers had a history of rubella infection. Of them, 2 mothers were diagnosed as rubella infection during this pregnancy.
