介入期間中、対照群の住民には通常の生活を送ってもらう。介入期間は1年間とする。

For 1 year, residents in the control group live as usual.

介入群:介入グループではグループ単位で集まって週1回以上運動（プラステン体操を推奨）行う。個人では、健康づくりのための身体活動指針(アクティブガイド)に基づき、毎日今より10分以上歩くなど身体活動を増やしていく。

主な結果/Results

日本語
5年後調査の身体活動時間（中央値：120分/日）は、ベースライン（86分/日）および2年後調査（90分/日）よりも有意に高かった。多変量解析の結果、主要ターゲット層である高齢者の身体活動時間が、20-64歳の成人と比較して5年後調査で有意に増加した（変化量の差：14.7分/日、P = 0.029）。

Physical activity was significantly higher at the five-year follow-up than at baseline and at the two-year follow-up. The results of the multivariate analysis indicated that physical activity among older adults the primary target population of the community-wide intervention increased significantly at the five-year follow-up, compared to those aged 20 to 64.
