目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
アンチエイジング健診を受診した被験者12名を対象とし、食餌摂取後の血糖値を自己血糖測定器にて0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120分後に測定する。食餌は米飯、野菜、牛肉の組み合せとする。予測される結果として、骨格筋が多い（筋年齢が若い）と血糖上昇が少ない、ホルモン年齢が若い（血中DHEA-sが高い）と血糖上昇が少ない、との仮説をたて、本研究にて検証することを目的とする。

12 subjects who took an anti-aging medical checkup are participated in this study and a blood glucose levels are measured before and 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes after test diet. The test diet is made combination of rice, vegetables and beef. We have built up a hypothesis that persons with rich skeletal muscles (young muscule age) may be mild in post-prandial hyperglycemia and that the personswith high serum DHEA-s levels (young hormone age) may be mild in the post-prandila hyperglycemia. The purpose of this study is to elucidate this hypothesis.
