目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
慢性膵炎で特徴的とされるEUS所見の主な原因は飲酒といわれているが、これらの所見は過度の飲酒歴がない患者にも認められることもあり、喫煙や加齢、性別などが関与しているとの報告もある。しかしながら、未だ慢性膵炎の原因については不明な点が多い。本研究では、慢性膵炎に特徴的とされるEUS所見に関連する因子について明らかにすることを目的とする。

Although the main risk factor for CP is said to be alcohol abuse, such abnormalities can be seen in patients without alcohol abuse actually. It is also said that smoking, aging and gender are involved in the onset and progress of the CP. However, there are few data on the etiology of CP, and the significant influencing factors except alcohol on pancreatic EUS findings and diagnosis is still unclear.
The aim of this retrospective study was to determine clinical background of each EUS findings appearance.

2010年から2014年までに、福島県立会津総合病院および福島県立医科大学会津医療センター附属病院で、疾患精査のためにEUSによる膵臓の詳細な観察がなされた患者。

The patient that the detailed observation of the pancreas by EUS was accomplished for a disease close inspection from 2010 through 2014 at the Fukushima attendance Tsu General Hospital and the Fukushima Medical College Aizu medical center.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
20歳以下の患者、禁酒・減酒した患者、膵全体の詳細な観察が困難となるような手術を受けた患者、膵癌患者

Exclusion criteria were: age less than 20 years, abstinence from alcohol abuse, and past surgical procedures that could impair the complete visualization of the pancreas, pancreatic cancer.
