2002年から相模原市で出生した児を対象にアレルギー疾患について経時的(4か月・8か月・1歳・3歳・5歳・7歳時)に調査した。今回同様の調査を12年ぶりに行うことで小児アレルギー疾患の有症率の変化を明らかにすることを目的とした。

We had followed up a birth cohort in Sagamihara-City to clarify profiles of allergic diseases during the first 7 years of life from 2002. We began to follow the same cohort again from 2014 with a 12 year interval. The purpose of the current survey is to clarify changes in prevalence of infantile allergic diseases and environmental factors, compared with data from 2002.

2014年1月～12月に相模原市の4か月健診を受診した全乳児を対象とした。同意を得られた対象者に対して4か月、8か月、1歳、3歳、5歳、7歳の時点でアンケート調査を行う。

Using the mass medical examination system at the age of 4 months, we obtained basic profile information on subjects from Jan 1st, 2014 to Dec 31st, 2014. We also follow up the subjects whose parents agreed to participate in this study at the ages of 8 months, 1/3/5/7 years.
