・スギ花粉症をもち、過去２年間にスギ花粉症の症状を有していた者

Patients who have medical history of cedar pollinosis for more than 2 years.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)治療を必要とするような気管支喘息を有するもの
2)治療を必要とするようなスギ以外の抗原を原因とするアレルギー性鼻炎を有しているもの
3)その他、スギ花粉症の症状に影響を与える鼻疾患を有するもの
4)4週間以内に抗アレルギー薬を使用しているもの
5)妊娠している、あるいは妊娠の可能性があるもの

2)Allergic rhinitis under treatment induced by other allergen
3)Complication of the other nasal-paranasal disease
4)Use of other antiallergic agent within 4 week
5)Pregnant women and those at risk of pregnancy

・公募にてスギ花粉症の参加者を募集中。
・参加者は3時間のスギ花粉曝露を2日間連続で受ける。
・スギ花粉曝露前後で、FeNO、FEV1.0、鼻腔通気度などを比較する。

The patients with Japanese cedar pollinosis are being recruted by an open call.
Three hours pollen exposure for consecutive two days will be conducted.
Changes of FeNO, FEV1.0 and nasal cavitiy resistance will be examined.
