目的1/Narrative objectives1

過去の報告において、口腔癌では、EzrinやErkの過剰発現が癌の浸潤に関係しているという報告がある。本研究ではまずはじめに、舌癌パラフィンブロックを用いて浸潤性の舌癌および舌上皮内癌組織において各種、免疫染色を行い舌癌の進展に関与する因子を組織学的に検討し、免疫染色で得られた結果を舌癌細胞株やヌード実験系で検証することを目的とする。

In previous reports, in oral cancer, there is a report that overexpression of Ezrin and Erk is related to invasion of cancer.In this study, in using the tongue cancer paraffin block infiltration of tongue cancer and tongue carcinoma in situ organization, consider the factors involved in the development of tongue cancer performed immunostaining histologically.The results obtained by immunostaining it is an object to be verified with tongue cancer cell lines and nude experimental system.
