日本語
バッグとマスクによる人工呼吸は新生児蘇生または挿管前の基本的手技であるがバッグとマスクによる人工呼吸が有効に行われているかは臨床的症状と酸素化の改善で判断されている。より客観的な方法としてカプノメータによるカプノグラムを観察することで換気が有効に行われているかが判断可能かまた臨床的パラメータおよび心拍およびSpO2の変化と対比しカプノメータによる有効性を検証する。

Artificial respiration by bag and mask is a fundamental procedure of neonatal resuscitation and previous intubation. Whether ventilation with bag and mask are effectively done and is determined by the improvement of clinical symptoms and oxygenation. Using the capnogram to verify whether the ventilation is performed effectively.

1． カプノグラムを見た場合と見ない場合で換気した場合、換気開始から呼気終末二酸化炭素濃度が30mmHgを超えるまでの時間。
2． マスクとバッグによる人工換気開始前酸素飽和度が95％未満の際95％に達するまでの時間
3． マスクとバッグによる人工換気開始前心拍数が100回/分未満であった場合100回/分以上になるまでの時間

1.Time until the end-tidal carbon dioxide concentration exceeds 30mmHg by the mask and bag.
2.Time until the oxygen saturation reaches 95% by the mask and bag.
3.Time until the heart rate is equal to or greater than 100 times per minute by the mask and bag.
