研究デザイン：症例対象研究
対象者：2015年11月25日から2020年10月31日までに当施設で脳腫瘍に対し開頭手術を受ける患者で、選択基準に合致した全員。
測定項目：カテーテル挿入前と抜去前の血栓の有無、患者の年齢、身長、体重、合併症、術前後の血液検査での血小板数、PT-INR、APTT、D-dimer、fibrinogen、手術時間、麻酔時間、術中輸液量、尿量、出血量などを測定する。

Case-control study.
In patients undergoing craniotomy for brain tumor in our facilities from November 25, 2015 until October 31, 2020, all that meet the selection criteria.
Age, height, weight, complications, platelet count, PT-INR, APTT, D-dimer, fibrinogen, surgery time, anesthesia time, intraoperative transfusion volume, urine volume, I measure and amount of bleeding .
