血管造影検査をうける肝硬変もしくは慢性肝炎患者

Patients with liver cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis who will be performed an examination of angiography.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
膵に何らかの疾患を有する者（膵癌，膵嚢胞性病変，慢性膵炎など）
過去に門脈圧に影響をおよぼすような治療歴のあるもの（脾摘，部分的脾動脈塞栓術など）
常習飲酒家または大酒家と判断される者
肝疾患の診断より前に糖尿病と診断されている者
βブロッカーを投与されている者
門脈圧に影響をおよぼすような基礎疾患を有する者（慢性心不全，門脈腫瘍塞栓など）
超音波検査（Bモード）で脾臓または膵臓が描出困難な者

Morphologic changes in pancreas.
Past treatment history related to portal hypertension.
Diabetes.
Alcohol consumer.
Administered beta-blockers.
Clinical condition that could have caused portal hypertension.
Poor pancreatic study with ultrasound.
