日本語
帝王切開時の脊髄くも膜下麻酔では仰臥位低血圧症候群を予防するために輸液管理が重要である。一方妊娠高血圧症候群では過剰輸液は時に肺水腫などの母体合併症の原因になる。細胞外水分量を評価しながら適切な輸液を行う指標を検討する。

The aim of this study is to search adequate fluid management for preeclamptic parturient in Cesarean section under spina anesthesia preventing supine hypotension syndrome. We evaluate extracellular fluid volume using biophysical electrical impedance method.
