本研究は、ベッド上での下肢ペダリング運動が、呼吸機能と下肢筋力および運動への意欲に与える影響を明らかにすることを目的にしている。

介入前後で以下の項目を測定する：バイタルサイン、SpO2、肺活量、努力肺活量、1秒量、1秒率、1回換気量、分時換気量、大腿四頭筋筋力、修正版ボルグスケール

Measuring before and after of intervention the following items:vital signs,SpO2,lung capacity,forced expiratory volume in 1 second,forced expiratory volume% in 1 second,respiratory tidal volume,respiratory minute volume, strength of quadriceps muscles and Borg scale.

スパイロメトリー検査で1秒率70％以下かつ％VC80％以下のもの
医師から運動制限の指示がでているもの
心疾患の既往があるもの
下肢に創、著明な浮腫があるもの
下肢静脈瘤が既往にあるもの
深部静脈血栓症の既往があるもの
38度以上の発熱など感染徴候があるもの

主な結果/Results

日本語
健常人を対象とした研究から、下肢ペダリング運動では標準的リハビリテーションに比べ、呼吸機能の評価項目は全体的に有意に高く、脈拍も有意に高く、下肢の組織代謝指標の結果からも循環が促進されていたことが明らかになった。下肢筋力は短期間の介入であるため効果はなかった。意欲の評価項目では、運動した実感は下肢ペダリング運動の方が認められた。

This study investigated the effects of breathing function, muscular strength of lower limbs and motivation that the rehabilitation by the pedaling exercise in bed. In healthy,
the end-point of the breathing function was significantly higher than standard rehabilitation by the lower limbs pedaling exercise generally, and the pulse was significantly high, and it was found that circulation was promoted from results of the tissue metabolism index of lower limbs. Because the lower limbs muscular strength was short-term intervention, there was not the effect. In the end-point of the will, lower limbs pedaling exercise showed the actual feeling that exercised.
