Patients with atrial fibrillation

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) 抗凝固薬内服困難例
(2) 透析患者および高度腎機能障害のある患者(CCr <15ml/min)。
(3) 人工弁術後などの明らかなハイリスク例でワルファリンの絶対適応患者
(4) その他、担当医師が本研究の対象として不適当と判断した患者。

(2) patients with severely impaired renal function
(3) patients with absolute indication for warfarin
(4) patients who are considered as ineligible for this study by attending physician
